Brush and Shield is a blog that dives deep into one particular game. As long as the game captures my interest. I will post on gaming sessions, pictures of painting projects, and reflections on the game.
I have enjoyed numerous blogs and youtubers like Guerrilla Miniatures and Dice Tower reviews. When I am doing my research, I am going to these two to see what they have. Guerrilla Miniatures inspired me to get into Frostgrave and Dice Towers invited me into the world of board gaming, specifically Arcadia Quest.
The name "Brush and Shield" comes from the two things I enjoy about able top gaming: painting (brush) and playing the game (shield). I was also thinking of the phrase, "sword and shield" and imagined myself equipped with a brush instead. The image stuck.
I look forward to diving into whatever world the games bring us to. The first world I will be diving into is Massive Darkness.
